The City of Lone Tree seeks a creative, team-oriented professional to help us achieve our goal of becoming a national model for our visionary transportation network. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Under the general direction of the Assistant City Manager, the Director of Public Works and Mobility oversees all planning, operational and maintenance aspects of the city’s public works program including transportation and traffic operations; street maintenance and snow removal, capital improvements; permits and inspections; storm water management; land development review; and mapping and geographic information systems. The ideal candidate will have strong management and budgeting skills, a team-oriented leadership style, experience in leading change and a demonstrated enthusiasm in the pursuit of creative and strategic service delivery to the community. JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Public Works and Mobility will oversee, supervise and manage the Public Works Department’s primary services, including:
