The City of Richmond's Department of Infrastructure and Maintenance Operations is seeking Stationary Engineers that would be responsible for the operation and maintenance of high and low pressure boilers, heating and ventilating systems, and air conditioning units in City facilities. In addition, Stationary Engineers would perform maintenance plumbing and welding; repair door locks and enclosures; and perform related duties as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school AND two years of experience which would demonstrate possession of the knowledges and abilities listed. License/Certificate: Possession of a valid California Drivers license at the time of appointment and throughout employment. EPA AND AC&R CERTIFICATION IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
