City of Yuba City, California Water Treatment Plant Operator II/III $3,725 – $5,104 Monthly + Excellent Benefits The City of Yuba City is pleased to announce a full-time employment opportunity for one (1) Water Treatment Plant Operator II/III. This position is a part of the City’s Water Treatment Team and plays an important role in the function of the Water Treatment Facility. Under general supervision, a Water Treatment Plant Operator performs the daily operation of the Water Treatment Facility, routine preventative maintenance, operating adjustments, cleaning and minor corrective maintenance on plant equipment, as well as other related work. Required Qualifications Education: Completion of formal or informal education sufficient to ensure the ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance. Water Treatment Plant Operator II: Experience: At least one (1) year of recent, full-time increasingly responsible work experience at a water treatment facility or in a water distribution system. Licenses / Certifications:
Water Treatment Plant Operator III: Experience: At least two (2) years of recent, full-time increasingly responsible work experience at a water treatment facility or in a water distribution system. Licenses / Certifications:
